BridalBuddy acts as a booking platform connecting stylists and clients.
We do not provide makeup services directly.
Stylists are independent professionals responsible for:
✔ Quality of their service
✔ Pricing & availability
✔ Behaviour and professionalism
✔ Client must pay advance to confirm booking
✔ Remaining payment paid after OTP completion
✔ Platform commission and GST apply per booking
✔ Razorpay fees may be added to final bill
Last-minute cancellations may result in non-refund of advance
BridalBuddy may charge penalty fees for repeated misuse
Stylists may charge travel allowance based on actual distance/time.
Booking is completed only when client gives OTP to stylist.
This ensures:
✔ Service delivered
✔ Payment released correctly
BridalBuddy may:
✔ Modify availability of services
✔ Suspend fraudulent accounts
✔ Remove inappropriate images or content.
By booking or participating in events:
You allow BridalBuddy to use photos/videos for marketing & social media
without additional compensation.
BridalBuddy is not liable for:
✔ Allergies, reactions from products used by stylists
✔ Loss or damage of personal items
✔ Any misconduct by stylist/client (to be legally handled between involved parties)
However, we assist with dispute resolution to maintain trust.
These Terms are governed by Indian laws.
Disputes handled under Tamil Nadu jurisdiction.
Submit valid ID proof
Maintain hygiene + professional conduct
Avoid sharing personal contact details outside app
Complete booking only after OTP entry
Understand commission & payment settlement terms
Violation may result in account removal.
