BridalBuddy uses a secure booking and advance system to protect both the client and stylist.
By booking through BridalBuddy, you agree to the following refund terms:
Clients pay a mandatory advance while booking.
This advance will be held securely until service is completed or canceled as per the policy below.

Cancellation 24+ hours before appointment 50% refund
Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment ❌ No refund
Stylist reached location but client cancels ❌ No refund + Travel allowance added
Cancels booking
Does not reach client location
Does not respond / rejects booking
→ Client gets 100% full refund ✅
→ Stylist account warning/penalty may apply.
Booking is considered successfully completed only when OTP is verified.
Once OTP is entered:
✔ Service confirmed
✔ Refund cannot be requested
✔ Remaining payment released to stylist.
Travel allowance is non-refundable if stylist has already reached the location.
If service is cancelled before stylist starts traveling → allowance not charged.
If client is not satisfied due to clear service issues:
Client must report within 2 hours with photos/videos as proof
BridalBuddy will review & decide refund % on case basis
Decision will be fair & final.
Wrong address provided
Stylist waiting time more than 20 mins (not client’s fault)
Client denies service after stylist reaches location
OTP given by mistake to stylist (client responsibility).
Payment gateway fees (2%) are non-refundable, even during refund.
Refund will be advance minus charges.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Amount credited back to the original payment method
